I have been having a hard time with my leaders. I keep finding pics on myspace and facebook of my leaders drinking or supporting other leaders drinking too much. I don't know what to do. I've talked about drinking problems and I have gotten rid of one leader due to stupid stuff on their myspace. It just keeps getting worse and worse. It keeps getting older and older and I'm not sure what to do.
I want to work for Golgotha more and seek out new leaders but I have no time to do that and run Golgotha. Please pray for my time management and for me having to talk to my boss about my future employment with Golgotha.
